I am new to k2 so this might seem like a trivial question:

I was wondering if K2 sends emails (escaltion and general) to outlook only or can it be integrated with other email services too? If so how can we integrate it?

K2 send email to all the domain depend on your SMTP configuration .

How do i configure it? I would like to use EWS & SMTP so is that possible?
