Symptoms

Dears,
Please advise about the ability to add a comment in case of approving/rejecting a request when using responding from an E-Mail (smart actions)

i.e:
1- User open the initiation form of a request
2- User fills in the data and submit
3- User?s manager receives an email with the request details
4- User?s manager has 2 the option to choose one of 2 actions (approve or reject) from the email body
5- User?s manager clicks on reject option

Required action from the email: giving the user?s manager the option to add a comment while clicking the reject action from the email

Unfortunately this feature is not available yet in K2 there is a feature request on this
