Symptoms
When trying to install the "K2 Dynamic Assembly Service" on a machine named "BLABLABLA" , getting the error "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869"
Diagnoses
This error is usually related to rights on the user installing the MSI package.
Resolution
Uninstalling k2 on the affected machine, restarted it and then installed K2 again. Then the K2 Dynamic Assembly was successfully installed.
Another resolution is to run the Installer as an Administrator for the machine and of K2.
