K2 Does not send out emails when email body is customized
 

Diagnoses


When Customizing the body of the email notification, after awhile K2 does not send out notification emails to users.




 

Resolution

Check to see if mailbox is over its size limit and this could be the main reason why you be unable to send the emails through and not how the mails were being customized.
