1058 SourceCode.Forms.Runtime.ManagementServer not hosted!
Diagnoses
Smartforms was hosted on a seperate server from K2 Blackpearl. The issue ended up lying in the Identity.ClaimIssuer table. When browsing to a Smartforms site, it was authenticating against itself. The smartforms server did not have a ClaimRealm table and so the site could not be reached.
Resolution
There were a couple of areas that were causing issues. One was in IIS we had bindings for the Smartforms and Blackpearl server. We used the Smartforms server bindings. We changed the HostName in the Web.configs for the Runtime and Designer sites to point to the Blackpearl Server. We also cleaned up the Identity.ClaimIssuer table and changed the URI to point to the blackpearl server for authentication. We restarted IIS and we were then able to navigate to Designer and Runtime.
