Symptoms

When attempting to add a text box control to a large/long view in Designer the screen, the screen jumps erratically away from the area where the control was supposed to be added.
 

Diagnoses

The behavior was reproducible and a bug was logged to be addressed in a future update. Usage of many Smartforms tables seems to be the contributor to this behavior.
 

Resolution

A possible work-around for the time-being will require a mouse with a scroll wheel/button:

1. Select the control that you wish to add and drag it to the canvas
2. The view will jump erratically
3. Use the scroll wheel/button to scroll to the location that you wish to add the control to
