Symptoms

We have an issue while accessing k2 Designer through DNS entry - k2 designer site is redirected to another site
 

Diagnoses

In a meeting we opened the web.config and changed the websericeurl entry to the correct site then rerun the K2 BP setup manager in repair mode. this resolved the issue.

In a meeting with the respected customer we opened the web.config and changed the websericeurl entry to the correct site then rerun the K2 BP setup manager in repair mode. this resolved the issue.
