Symptoms

 


The client event notifications are not being sent out.
The normal e-mail notifications work as expected, but not the client events.
 

 

Diagnoses

 


The issue is reproducible by creating a simple workflow with client event and setting K2 service account as destination user.
 

 

Resolution

The behavior is expected - i.e by design. K2 Service Account must never be a destination user in a workflow.
