My project is a workflow on k2 blackpoint with Infopath forms.

All the stages of Workflow are fine with one of them is showing error on opening the
Infopath form . In Instance Management there is no k2 error the task is running on Infopath
clientevent in k2 view flow

But when i try to open the Infopath form from Mytasks , the page is opened with

error "Server was unable to process the request"

The URL is wrong so, i include "efeedbacklibrary" in the missing URL , then its success
on opening the form, ofcourse i can able to proceed thereafter

But why is missing particulary in that activity.

Out of 12 activities i can experience the same error in 3

Can anybody please help?
