We are trying to completly remove K2 blackpearl 4.10060.1370.0 from our SharePoint Test Farm (SP 2010 SP1 CU6/13)

Here is what I did so far (K2/SP newbie).

We have 1 K2 server running blackpearl server component, a 3 server SharePoint farm, with seperate SQL DB server.

I started with the first K2 server and fully removed the server component.

Then went on to SharePoint server and now it hangs during the Removing Components.  Progress just says 'Waiting to Remove'.  If I let it sit there it sometime errors out with the following:
