Symptoms
 

 

There are issues with the server log file getting the correct date for the errors logged within. It is stuck at an old date.

 

 

 

Diagnoses

 

 

 

The server log file timestamp was still using the date from a previous upgrade rather than the current datetime. The previous upgrade was from 4.6.6 to 4.6.10.2.

 

 

 

Resolution

There is a coldfix available from K2 support. Please log a ticket to have it applied to your environment. This issue has been fixed in a future release.
