K2 Blackpearl Installer Stuck Configuring Machine.Config file. Has anyone experienced an issue where the blackpearl installer gets stuck at the configuration step while updating the machine.config file? I am attempting to setup production servers and the installer is hanging at the configuration step for 30+ min. CPU usage is also pegged at 100%

 

Diagnoses

As a recommendation on the Setup Installer the Antivirus needs to be disable in the K2 Server while performing the update or install.
 

Resolution



Disabling the Antivirus let us continue with the installation of K2 without issues.
