Hi,

It appears as though you have selected the Exchange integration components during installation and that the K2 Service account does not have the necessary rights for all of those integrations.

Please note that for the normal sending of notifications and even for SmartActions to work you do not need to enable all the integration components (Standard Integration - Meetings/tasks, admin integration - creating mailboxes, etc.).

If you are planning to use these Exchange integration components, follow the steps here to grant the K2 service account the correct permissions on Exchange: http://help.k2.com/KB001189

If you are not going to use these components, then configure your K2 system again and uncheck the Exchange Integration components and complete the installation. You will notice that you don't get this warning in the Configuration Analysis.
