I need to understand how K2 Process Overview and K2 Process Instance reports gets created?


We have separate development and staging environments and can find set of reports on one environment while missing in other?


Does they get created whenever someone created Processes Reporting site using sharepoint?


Any help will be appreciated.


 

The Out of the Box reports are installed as part of the K2 Installation. In older versions, installing the K2 for SQL Reporting Services was a required step in any installation that wants to make use of the reports. In later versions, K2 supports running these in local mode, i.e. you do not need to actually install the K2 for SSRS components. So my guess is that the components have not been installed in the environment that they are missing in.
