Symptoms

When a K2 Appit tenant is based in the US, the European users have a big performance issue due to the network latency.

Is it possible to have a K2 Appit server in the US and Europe on the same tenant so that users are redirected to the fastest route?

Diagnoses

When accessing a K2 Appit instance the is hosted in the US from other geographical location (i.e. Europe) there is a noticeable delay while content is loading. This is a direct result of network latency between the client location and the server.

Resolution

K2 Appit does not currently support regional deployments on the same tenant. This is because Microsoft Azure does not currently support this ability. K2 will integrate with this ability once Azure make it available and it should be possible in a future version of K2 Appit.
