Symptoms

Issue occurred where artifacts were no longer available when accessing any list / library in the SharePoint environment. When accessing these lists / libraries users were taken to the Create / Deploy page which makes it impossible to gain access to these artifacts.

Diagnoses

Issue was found to be that the SharePoint site collection was pointing to the wrong K2 server. The artifacts were originally created in development, then the site collection was connected to the production server which made it impossible to view any artifacts since according to the prod server, these artifacts don't exist.

Resolution

Issue was remedied by doing the following:

1. Access the site collection that has been incorrectly tied to the K2 development server.
2. Access Site Contents.
3. Click K2 Appit for SharePoint.
4. Under the Administration section locate 'Registration Wizard', click this link.
5. In the Registration Wizard use the dropdown control to locate the correct server which contains the "missing" artifacts.
6. After selecting the correct server, run the Registration Wizard as normal.

After this configuration has been made, confirmation that the artifacts for these lists should be done to ensure that the lists have been linked back to the K2 server correctly.
