We have just had K2 installed for us, however the K2 app is not avaialble in all site collections on the same SharePoint server.

Latest version of K2 and SharePoint 2013.

I realise this is probably a case of just adding it to the other site collections (only the site collection the vendor tested has teh app available), but I do not know how to do it.

When I go to the App Store the From My Organisation option is not avaialble, and it tells me the K2 App cannot be loaded from the SharePOint Store.
