Symptoms
The client could not be able to access their K2 artefacts from their sharepoint list through the K2 for sharepoint app.When the client clicks the K2 app on the list their requested to Create a new app or Deploy an app.
Diagnoses
The ticket was also linked to a new bug item (Bug: Appifying document libraries is not functional, , it shows the page to create new application or deploy a package.) For possible inclusion on a future release of K2
I have managed to get around this issue and have recovered my application. Not sure if it helps for the future or was the right way to do it, but I created a new application on the same list and only recreated the SmartObjects. This recovered all of my forms and workflows as well and so I am able to carry on with what I am doing
Resolution
The client was able to resolve the issue by applying the below workaround:
The client created new K2 artefacts and only recreated smartobjects. This recovered all of the clients forms and workflows as well, on the same list that was no longer working as expected.
