Symptoms

K2 app does not work for one SharePoint Web application. We have an issue with the K2 app on one of the web application. It works well on other web applications.

 

Diagnoses

The error showed that the Style Sheet was not been set. This happens when a master page has a custom css.


 

Resolution



There was no landing page on the Site collection where registration wizard was been executed. After creating a landing page site we were able to register an activate K2.
