Which version of k2 is compatible with SharePoint 2013 , my current k2 version is : K2 blackpearl 4.6.6 (4.12060.1560.0) is missing the k2 settings (unless i created a site collection with 2010 experience).

SharePoint 2013 SP1, RTM and Online is compatable with K2 blackpearl 4.6.7 or greater and SharePoint 2013 RTM is compatible with K2 blackpearl 4.6.3 to 4.6.6 , look into the K2 Compatability link matrix below:

You need to use blackpearl 4.6.7 to use the k2 for SharePoint 2013 app.
Like you said, you can still use 4.6.6 in 2010 mode.
I have installed k2 blackpearl 4.6.7(4.12060.1590.0) and k2 for sharepoint 4.13350.1.0 on the same SharePoint 2013 server , once am running the k2 for SharePoint wizard from the SharePoint Central Administation , it shows a message "The selected sharepoint site collection is not supported with the version of k2"
