After the upgrade from K2 Appit 1.3 to 1.4 the users who already had access to the K2 Management Page and administer the K2 environment are not be able to admin the K2 environment anymore.  
 

 

Diagnoses

 


The client and the "on-boarding" user was able to access the Management page. We then suggested the client have a look at this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/823278, and then go to the K2 Appit application and run the Synchronize Groups option.
 

 

Resolution

The client did not need permissions in the appcatalog to access the management page. They only needed admin rights in the Management page to access it. The client accessed this URL as below: https://hKUID].appit.com/management/ Example: https://WGY4MIZ.appit.com/management/ This resolved the issue they were facing.
