Symptoms

When opening the Workdesk SmartStarter Form included into K2 Accelerators / SmartStarters on a mobile device browser and clicking on a link, it won't open correctly (nothing happens after click on the link). At the same time it does work properly from desktops browsers.
 

Diagnoses

The Workdesk SmartStarter is not designed for use on mobile devices. There is an existing feature request to make SmartStarters be usable on mobile devices (internal ID 667900).
 

Resolution

Currently Workdesk SmartStarter does not work on mobile devices and there is an existing feature request to add support for mobile devices for Workdesk SmartStarter.
