i have K2 blackPoint server installed over 2 web application servers and 2 web frond ends , 



 


every thing was working fine , 


but suddenly i got Unauthorized access when submitting the form , i was giving the process right using SP group contains a users , 


i removed the K2admin user from process right , then re added , every thing worked fine for this user only . 


i removed the SP group user and re added them , i still have the same error. 


i did restart for iis , K2 service. 


same thing ,, 


any ideas ?!

Just to clarify.


When you add users it works fine, but not when you add groups? Is that correct?

at first i added the groups , it worked fine , but when i changed on the groups ( add and remove users ) the problem appear.. 

i removed all users and groups , then i added user directly but i have the same issue 


i did repair the k2 on all servers ,, and now nothing working 


all users have got the same error now ,, 


any idea ?!

I did some asking around and could not come up with anything.  anyone else seen this?  If not could you open a ticket and report back? 


Is this in production?

Could this be the identity cache going out of sync. I think this was a problem in Blackpear 4.6.7 release which was fixed in 4.6.8 but you can request a patch for 4.6.7 to fix this issue.
