K2 4.7 Installation and upgrade failed

Dear Support,

We are doing K2 4.7 installation and upgrade on testing server. However, we came across few issues and upgrade failed. Just to let you know that we are doing below steps:

1. We are doing new installation of K2 on Windows 2012 R2 fresh machine
2. The database is from the same version 4.6.11 and we select this database for upgrade.

After the installation finishes, it shows errors and K2 black pearl service is also not able to started in the console mode.
I am attaching all logs and snapshot for your reference.

Please consider this as an urgent issue as we have to do testing of all integrated applications and will plan to go live.

An early action is highly appreciated.




there is a coldfix for this issue applying it resolved the problem
