Symptoms
We are facing issues while loading the K2 Worklist (K2 Worklist Webpart available in our SharePoint 2010 environment when configured with our new K2 SmartForms Server. We are getting the error, 'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: token' attached is the screen shot for your reference.
The SharePoint Server is in different domain and Smart forms in different domain. This issues exists in all the environment.
Diagnoses
There can't be mismatch between components of K2 and the K2 Server.
Resolution
All components of K2 need to match the K2 Server version.
