I'm working on a workflow that will run every time items are modified. The intent is to notify team members when there are changes to the project. Is there a way to only pull into the email notification the fields that have changed? My form has about 50 fields so I don't want to have to put conditions on all of them.

Hi Lauren,
In O365, you can set-up alert on a list or library.
In the mail you will receive, it is mentionned which fields have been changed with old values and new values.
Maybe it will feed your needs.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the OOTB SP alerts won't be sufficient. We are tracking the projects within statuses and only during one particular status should the notifications be sent. The typical SP alerts are really what we need but on a conditional basis.

Then, create a view selecting only those items (Filter Show items only when the following is true)
In the New Alert dialog box, you can select the following where Agreement is the name of my new view.
