Symptoms

Item not open for User on action execute. But in fact the worklist item is already open for the user.

"1 26033 Worklist item 3657306_21 Not Open for K2:DennalixUser at 10.0.0.1:7729"

 

Diagnoses

Specific users cannot execute work items. Can open the item from the worklist, but fail on executing the work item. the following error is displayed in the event viewer of K2 server:
"1 26033 Worklist item 3657306_21 Not Open for K2:DennalixUser at 10.0.0.1:7729"

Item status in the worklist = "open"for the user.
This problem only occurs for some users.
 

Resolution
This is caused by a trailing space in the Actioner table
IE User "K2:DennalixUser "
