it appears that nintex workflow 2016 is not activated for this web application

Dear All,

I'm using Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2016 (Trial) and trying to create a simple workflow approval for Shared Document Library in PWA site. I had designed and saved it  successfully, but it failed when I tried to publish it. Is this version of workflow doesn't work in PWA site? It had been activated in Nintex administration before I published it.
