Symptoms

When using custom reports (Matrix reports) created from K2 Workspace Report Designer, the Matrix Reports show different results to actual results and the date columns are also not sorted.
 

Diagnoses

1) Sorting, Horizontal Axis - Using the K2 Report builder tool, the dates along the x-axis are not sorted.
2) Summing, Vertical Axis - the totals added to the report through the tool appear to be averages rather than sums.

 

Resolution

Coldfix can be requested from K2 Support.
