Issues using URL to PDF feature in K2 Studio

My group is having an issue using the K2 URL to PDF feature for a Smartform as we need to capture a timestamp on the pdf when it's been approved (this prevents us from just using SmartForm rules to generate the PDF. The form is being generated as a pdf but all of the content is scrunched up on the left side. The odd thing is that most of the time K2 creates the pdf as expected, but about 10~20% of the time we see the issue.
 

Resolution

Update the PDF Converter Service Instance in SmartObject Service Tester and set the “serializeResources” property to “true” resolve the issue.
