Symptoms

We are having an issue with View Flow Silverlight where our workstations and Citrix environment IE browsers throw errors while trying to open the feature within SharePoint through K2 Portal for an instance of a workflow. A warning message appears after clicking on View Flow of a process instance which indicates "Display Mixed Content?" with a Yes and No option. Clicking Yes or No results in an exception:

Diagnoses

Using fiddler traces, it was determined the call was coming via a reverse proxy.
 

Resolution

There is a coldfix available for this, on version 4.6.7 and later. Please contact K2 Product Support for this coldfix.
