Issue with "Time" functions

Diagnoses

Hi

We are having an issue with the AddDays and AddMinutes functions when used in the workflow.

We have an escalation rule setup on a user event. While testing in the dev environment, we setup the rule so that the escalation fires 5 minutes after the job is submitted. The job submitted time is coming from the database and is read using a smartobject.
Once the job is submitted, an email is sent to the destination user with the time when the escalation will be fired. The time in this email is displayed correctly, however, when checking the Server.Async table, the time for the Process Instance has an hour added to it. (Please refer the screeenshots).

There is a similar issue with the AddDays functionality, but instead of an hour, it is adding an extra day to the result.

We assume that the change in Daylight saving may be causing the issue as it was working at one point. However, the time is correct in all the servers.

Could you please help in troubleshooting this.

Thanks
Varun
