Symptoms

We are getting following error in Smartobject Tester when we are trying to load the Smartobjects.

Diagnoses

Ran the setup configuration to remap the Category Server, after running the configuration we noticed that there were 2 instances of the K2hostserver running
 

Resolution

After we killed those session the K2 Server was able to start without issues and the SmartObject Tester loaded the Service Instance category without issue. Also the correct Service Instances were displayed.
