I have developed a process that sends an aproval to a user by a Smartforms client event.

I have made a few workflows like this and never had any issues, this time when I open the event link it opens the form without specifing the serial number for instance it open "http://..../form/form_name/?_State=" instead of "http://..../form/form_name/?_State=&SerialNo=6661_67" as it should.

 

Since this parsing ought to be standard i have no idea how o solve/work around it.

 

I already tried to transfer the SerialNo to a datafield and it comes filled in with the respective Serial, It's just the worklist link that doesn't work.

  • What version of K2 SmartForms are you using?
  • and which internet browsers are you using to open the event link?

If you are still having the same issue, I will suggest you run the wizard again to check if the serial number was specified. if you managed to fix the issue please let me know.
