Hi,

I am new to Nintex forms, I am facing an issue with the field hiding in the form

so, whenever I am trying to hide a field there is huge space in the middle of the form which is not being filled( in the sense the field below the hiding field is sliding to cover the space)

I tried-

1) checked snap to grid option in the setting I disabled and enable it and published - no luck

2) Added panels for the controlled fields

3) Made sure the space around each fields is not colliding ( even created space in between the panel and field)

4)Added rule for the panel and field too - no luck.

Please let me know if I miss any thing to try or can we write a  adscript code to just fill up the code if so how (please bare with I am totally new to this) and please help me out with this.

Can you show some screenshots of how you've configured this? Is your form set to resize at runtime? When you create the panel, are you ensuring that your control is actually in the panel (like the panel highlights when you add the field in the designer)? When you have your items in the panel for sure, try to apply the rule only to the panel and see if it resizes appropriately.

Hi Courtney,

Thank you for the response

I resolved it ,after multiple attempts it magically got resolved!!!

I added rule to hide for panel not to the field and it worked ( I am very sure I did the same in the past but, it did not work and then I added rule for the field and it never worked)

so, I tried once again adding rule to hide only for panel and made sure if there is space in  between panel and field, it worked.

Once again, I really appreciate for your response.

Great! Can you mark an answer as "Correct" so that the question shows as having been answered?
