I am trying to import a workflow from one site to another which is of 3.7MB in size. Everytime I try to do this import function does not do anything. It loads a blank workflow. Any reason?

+5+5Seems to be some issue with workflow export getting corrupt. Exported the workflow and then imported as a new workflow - published and then exported again.There was size difference between different export versions. Imported this newly exported workflow on other farm and it worked.
