Symptoms

Chart controls from the custom control pack that are installed correctly and the SmartObjects for the Activity Instance reporting function correctly but no data is shown on the chart control.
 

Diagnoses

On the chart in question, no data was being displayed despite resolving other factors that potentially could interfere with the way the reporting information is shown. I.E permissions, faulty SmartObjects and incorrect regional database collation settings.
 

Resolution

A TFS item with this issue for 4.6.8 and has been resolved in 4.6.9. To work around the issue on 4.6.8, you can try to configure the chart to test with a date range that is before the 12th of the month.This is one of the only workarounds available for 4.6.8.
