We are currently working on a K2.net Worklist webpart for SPS. It is scheduled to be released with SP1, estimated to be available towards end-March.
Would appreciate a BETA when possibl e

Yes, the K2.net Worklist webpart for SPS is included in SP1 for K2.net .
