No, SQLUM v5182 is not "compatible with" SQLServer 2005 and the new 'Destination Rule' addition has not been added to the Studio template yet. And no, it has not been regression tested against K2.net 2003 SP3.
We're working on these changes and should have a tested release in a week or three.
