I wonder if would be possible to include the ViewFlow [ Chart ] directly within a Tab of a particular Item. this way when the Item is open on of the tabs will be able to show the current flow. or summary of the next steps that is waiting for.

 

Yes I know if I deploy this within a list in Sharepoint and include the Sharepoint Workflow Webpart can have access to the view Flow, I was just wondering if that would be something that could be included natively within Designer directly into the record.

I believe you're trying to show the flow chart in forms/views

if this could help, I doing the following to show the flow chart in my forms:

 

I have a view with the worlist control and the Content control

I set the URL property of the Content control

there is another way of getting the VieFLow URL, if you have a folio of an instance, you can use your workflow SMO and execute the list method to get the ViewFlow URL according to the folio you have
