I have a SMO based on a MS-SQL Table. is pretty simple phonebook, however when setup some approval workflows, decided to try a different approach for multiple paralell approval using designer.

However found that even a simple email workflow is not being started. the CRUD methods execute correctly adding new records to the Database, but the Workflow Server return an error.

Permission have been checked to verify that is working correctly, what makes me think perhaps is not possible to have multiple workflows pointint to the same SMO ?
