I am working on a project where tasks are spread over many offices in many cities ( a city can have more than one office ) .
Is it possible to make a certain user in each office access any activity in his office or other offices and approve or reject it according to the event implied on that activity?
You can have custom logic in the destination rule to add the person of the office that the process data provides.
You can maybe try adding the Admin user as a destination user of the process, but plan the destination rule "plan once". Then when either the user or the Admin action it....the process moves on.
