I am working on a project where tasks are spread over many offices in many cities ( a city can have more than one office ) .
Is it possible to make a certain user in each office access any activity in his office or other offices and approve or reject it according to the event implied on that activity?
+13You can have custom logic in the destination rule to add the person of the office that the process data provides.

+14You can maybe try adding the Admin user as a destination user of the process, but plan the destination rule "plan once". Then when either the user or the Admin action it....the process moves on.
