Symptoms

Currently we are using the K2 for SharePoint Worklist webpart and we need add new column with specific data.
 

Diagnoses

There are many possible approaches here, however, this will require some form of custom worklist which can be built in smartforms. We can then use the K2 Form Viewer web part to embed in a sharepoint page, or the runtime site outside of SharePoint.
 

Resolution

Our best approach is to create our own worklist where we have full control over it's design. We can achieve this by using several of the existing workflow reporting smartobjects, and should be able to pull process data in via the "Process Data" smartobject. On our call we saw that we could access the needed data fields via that.
