Has this been addressed yet in K2 blackpearl 4.5 (4.10060.1.0) with Update KB001370?

This was mentioned from a message a year ago.

"I know at this stage there is an issue with the Destination Rule where
the exception does not bubble up. So the exception will not be bubbled
