I haven't seen this issue as something recorded on the K2 side, but it does look like it has been a reoccuring issue for Apple products. Since you wrote that the process is approved, is the process continuing without error after the approval? OR are there any other additional issues coming up? Does the process get approved and then not continue? NSURL is a URL manipulation library used in apps, apparently.
