We have an invalid URL for the viewflow URL. Where does the URL get configured?
Diagnoses
This looks to be an issue related to the Environment Field being set as something other than Miscellaneous.
Resolution
There was an Environment Field set as Workspace URL type which was bypassing the default Workspace URL field. After changing it to Miscellaneous instead of Workspace URL, customer was able to browse the viewflow without errors.
The reason you have the ability to add WS URL is because we don’t limit you to use OOTB environment and you can create your own environment templates and then you will have to have the ability to add a WS URL.
