Integration with a 3rd party help desk

Hi All,

      I am trying to create workflows using k2.net and then try to initiate the same from a third party help desk system when a ticket is raised. The issues I am facing right now are:

1. 
   
2. I am unable to figure out how can one initiate k2.net workflows from 3rd party tools using some kind of code?
   
3. I need to access the third party tool's data in k2.net using webservices of that tool, how can I do tht ?
   
4. Is there a way I can pass some initial parameters to the workflow at the time of initialization of the workflow from a code or an external tool?

If anyone has done this kind of integration or if anyone has any kind of information regarding the above problem please share it with me.
