Scenario:   We sync process data to Oracle for Oracle APEX tool to do report on.   This includes the destination user (which is stored in an XML field) that the user selects within the front-end application.

However if the redirect occurs, the Oracle database is not reflected of that.   Is there any integration points to notify when redirect occurs?

1.  A daily job that runs and checks for actual destinations?

2.  Prefer not to put any trigger on existing K2 tables.
