Hi All,

 

I am getting Insufficient system storage error in workflow.

Error states as "Insufficient system storage. The server response was: 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources.

 

I checked the space on workflow server which has enough memory free on both C and D drive.

But inspite of enough empty space i am getting that error.

Please look at the screen shot in attachment for detail.

 

Kindly help us to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

This error has to do with a issue within Exchange. It can be resolved by restarting the Transport Service in Exchange. Please have a look at the link below which discusses my suggestion.

I followed your instructions and deleted mails from mail server but that too didn't help out.

please assist to resolve this issue.

The "4.3.1 Insufficient system resources." error is the response from your SMTP server.


I would suggest the following:


 


Restart the transport service on exchange under services.

Thank you for your response. Can you please confirm for me if any of the configuration settings have been reset? Also would you please confirm that the relays are setup correctly. The error is a Exchange specific issue not a K2 one.

You will need to ask your email administrator to investigate why the mail server is reporting "insufficient system resources". Once that is corrected, you should be able to retry any errored instances.
