Hi there

I am able to reach the process management page and start a new process instance but my colleague cannot.

He has EXACTLY the same rights as me but gets a SharePoint access denied error. He is an owner of the Process management site and has K2 rights of Start and start on all the processes.

Please help...pulling our hair out!

Thanks

MrsS

First thing I would try is have him access the K2 Workspace and see if he can start the process from there vs. the K2 Process portal in SharePoint.

Also take a close look at what the account SharePoint says he's logged in with.  Hopefully this might give you some ideas.

thank you for your reply. He is site owner on sharepoint so that shouldn't be an issue.

He is can access the K2 workspace but the page doesn't load successfully, it just shows parts!

does this have something to do with IE8 do you think?

To access the K2 Workspace have him add the workspace site to the trusted sites then try again.  If that doesn't work turn on compatibility settings.
